Fulton Bank has changed form BOSS to SMALL BUSINESS for online banking.

Let's edit your Fulton Bank account's sign-in info in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @TroyNonn. This way, you're able to change your online banking account's login credentials and continue managing your transactions. I'm here to guide you how.

There isn't a need to add Fulton Bank as a new account when it only changed its online login pages. To keep your account updated, you'll have to edit your Fulton Bank account's sign-in info in QBO. Here's how:

3. Select the tile for Fulton Bank. Then, click the Edit/Pencil icon.
4. Choose Edit sign-in info.
5. Update your sign-in info (i.e., Banking Userid, Banking Password).

Thank you so much! Unfortunately the log in is different for the old BOSS system than for the new SMALL BUSINESS login. the old BOSS system asked for USER NAME, PASSWORD and COMPANY ID.

The new system only requires USER NAME and PASSWORD and you cannot leave the COMPANY ID blank.
