It's good to hear from you today, robert89.
Your bank’s connection may be interrupted for any of the following reasons:
- If there is a minor or major update in your bank information such as the bank account number.
- An update on your bank’s website. If you can't find your FI, you can request support for your bank and request it be added.
- Update in your Online Banking Login credentials.
- Bank outage and other scheduled maintenance.
In the meantime, let's perform a few manual updates to refresh the connection between your bank and QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Choose Bank accounts.
- Click Refresh All button.
- You can do this 2 or 3 times.
You can get more details in this article: Bank Feeds Direct Connect FAQ in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
If the issue persists, I would suggest getting in touch with our QuickBooks Self-Employed Support. Unlike in this public forum, they have the tools required to perform any escalations in the system whenever necessary on your behalf.
- Click Assistant at the upper right corner.
- Type in "Talk to a human."
-
Then select your preferred support method: Message an agent (Live chat), Call an agent, or Get a callback. Keep in mind, some options are only available at certain times.
For banking-related concerns and articles, you can go through this write-up: Bank feeds. This will provide you links on how to resolve banking errors as well as other steps on how to enter and delete transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
