The way to manually create a bank account within QuickBooks is creating a chart of account. Don't worry. It's easy as pie.
4. Fill in the required field and any other information you'd like.
5. Press Save and Close or Save and New.

Thanks for the reply, I can solve the problem for uploading the balance "in QuickBook", but cannot update the amount in "Bank Balance" on the bank page.

It's possible you skip to enter an opening balance, davidlinkist.
Let's create a journal entry to enter an opening balance. Then, take note of the date and amount of the bank account you've added.
Just a heads up, if you're unsure what accounts are best to use, you can reach out to your accountant.
