If you are referring to the exported Stripe file, below (see attached screenshot) are the following nine accounts created in QuickBooks. The Stripe-created accounts are prefaced by Stripe to make them easy to locate and identify.

Hello, there is the app named Business Payments, you can find it in the QBO AppStore. You will be able sync all the old transactions with it. And, by the way, automatically sync all new transactions. The app has no limits regarding amount of QBO Companies/Payment Systems, deals with Stripe fees and has free 50 syncs, so you can test it anytime. I hope, that helps you well!
