Before we start, are you using QuickBooks Online US version? If so, you can turn on multi-currency to get this resolved. Let me walk you through how.
If it's already enable, you can click on the Manage Currencies link (follow steps 1-2 above) and then Add currency. Please refer to this article for details: How to add a foreign currency account.
If you're using QuickBooks Online UK, you'll want to upgrade your bank feed connection to Open Banking. Here's how:

thank you for your answer.
I did everything. however when It sends me to connect my account only show me my gbp. I can´t see my EUR and USD

I appreciate you trying out the steps provided by my colleague. I'd like to add a clarification regarding the different currencies you have in QuickBooks Online.
Currently, you can only view the GBP since this is the currency established in QuickBooks Online US version. The system won't let you view other currencies when connecting to your bank account.
