You have the option to manually upload your bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), user89646.

The initial setup of your bank for online banking can only download your transactions for the last 90 days. Thus, you can consider manually downloading your transactions directly from your bank's website. Then, you can upload them in QBO. I'll guide you how.

  1. Go to the Banking menu and then select the Banking tab.
  2. Select the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions into.
  3. Click the Link account drop-down arrow and then select Upload from file.
  4. Choose Browse, then locate the file you downloaded from your bank.
  5. Select Next.
  6. In the QuickBooks account drop-down menu, select the account, and then click Next.
  7. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks, and then select Next.
  8. When you’re ready, click on Let's go.

Here's an article you can read to learn more about the process: Manually Upload Transactions.

Additionally, I've added an article that'll help you handle your transactions after uploading them: Categorize and Match your Bank Transactions.
