Yes, there is QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) United Kingdom (UK) version, @katehillsmith

I agree with Fiat Lux - ASIA that you're unable to switch the QBSE account from the United States to the UK. What you need to is set-up a new QBSE account. You have an option to use the same credentials, so it makes it easier to log in. For more information, you may check out this article: Sign in to multiple QuickBooks Online companies with one user ID

Here's how to formulate a new QBSE account:

  1. Go to this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/uk/#price
  2. Select Plan and pricing button.
  3. Hit For Self Assessment
  4. Tap Buy now and save or Free Trial. By clicking the Buy now option, you can enjoy the discount offered by QuickBooks.
  5. Enter the old credentials, then hit the Sign in the link below the email address.

       6. Follow the on-screen instructions to create an account.

Once done, you now import the transaction from your QBSE US to the UK. You'll need to export the old transaction to a CSV file, then import it to the new account. You can also have an option to manually add the other transactions in QBSE.

Here's how to import:

  1. Log in to your QBSE account to access the Transactions tab.
  2. Click the drop-down menu next to Add transaction.
  3. Select Import transactions and make sure it's the same account where you downloaded the data.
  4. Choose Import older transactions under the Action column.
  5. Click the Browse button and locate the file you've exported above.
  6. Select Include all transactions and then review your transactions.
  7. Hit the Continue button and click OK then Done.
