HOW CAN I GET THE BETA VERSION OF THE "BANK DEPOSIT" ON QBO?

Welcome to the Community space. The new deposit feature has been introduced as a Beta for selected customers. If you have the old deposit format just go to Bank Deposit window and click the Back to classic deposit option to switch back to the new format. Once, switching to the classic style, you won't be able to go back again to the new deposit beta. 

However, if you don't have this option, I encourage you to contact our QuickBooks Online Support Team. They have additional tools to pull up your account and further assist you.  

Before doing so, please check out our support hours to ensure that we address your concerns on time. Here's how to connect with our Customer teams:  

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Go to Help (?).
3. Select Contact Us.
4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
5. Choose a way to connect with us. Message an agent or Get a callback.   

Just a heads up, we have limited staffing and have reduced our support hours to 6 AM-6 PM PT Monday-Friday due to COVID-19. We will resume normal hours as soon as possible.

I understand you're more comfortable using the old interface. Allow me to impart some insights about how to deposit your funds from the new bank deposit interface.

The new bank deposit feature may be different from the old one, rest assured, the function is very much the same. I'd be glad to walk you through the steps.

1. Go to the + New menu.
2. Select Bank Deposit.
3. From the Account drop-down, choose the account you want to deposit the funds into.
4. Select the checkbox for each transaction you want to combine.
5. Make sure the total of the selected transactions matches your deposit slip. 
6. Then click Save and close or Save and new.

The new deposit has filter and lets you deposit 12 transactions in one go.

Old deposit doesn't allow that
