How can I include transactions in the bank reconcilliation screen? Transactions for one day were imported into QBO and posted but do not show on the bank reconcilliation

Hi @chriskiker242

Nice to have you with us in the Community. I can assist with determining why your imported transactions aren't appearing on the bank reconciliation screen.

There are generally three reasons why transactions won't appear on the reconcile screen. The first is that the transactions are not in the correct register. A second reason is that the transactions are already reconciled. I recommend checking these two things with the following steps:

  1. Click Accounting on the left navigation menu and Chart of Accounts.
  2. Select View register next to the account that you're reconciling.
  3. Scroll to see if the transactions are there.
  4. Check to see if the transactions have an "R" in the Reconciled column.

I've included a screenshot of what you're looking for:

Should the transactions be there and not previously reconciled, it would be good to see if the transactions are dated after the statement ending date. The idea behind this is that a transaction dated for January 3 wouldn't be on a bank statement with an ending date of December 30th for example. You can remove this filter on the reconcile screen by selecting the X next to Statement ending date. The following is a screenshot to serve as a visual guide:

Lastly, I recommend the following resource, which is a hub of articles of articles for reconciling in QuickBooks Online: Reconcile Hub.

I believe these resources will help you to determine why the transactions aren't included on the reconciliation screen.

I'm a few clicks away if you should have any questions or need anything. Take care.
