You can convert it through the Export Data option, jim85.
Before converting, you'll have to set up QuickBooks Desktop for the export. Afterwards, you're good to convert the data.
Please follow the steps below in order to do it:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Under Tools, select Export Data.
- Select either Trying QuickBooks Desktop for the first time or Going back to QuickBooks Desktop.
- Click Continue.
- Click the Moving to QuickBooks Desktop option at the bottom.
- Click Learn more in the Download company data section.
- Click Get started.
- Select Install ActiveX Control Now.
- Once installed, select Continue.
- Select the data to be imported, and then Continue.
- Enter your contact information, and then Continue.
Then, proceed to Step 4: Finish exporting your data in this article.
