Click on "+ New" Select Customers>Sales Receipts fill in info and save.
If you already have Invoices created then "Receive Payments" is your next step
By default received payments and payments recorded by a Saels Receipt will post to a special account called Undeposited Funds. When you Create Deposit you will choose which payments are included
