Let me share you the info on how to sign up QuickBooks with your Bank of America business bank account.

 

Here are the quick steps:

  1. Go to https://www.bankofamerica.com/smallbusiness/.
  2. Select the Small Business tab.
  3. Choose Payroll Services.
  4. Select the needed payroll product.
  5. Select Sign up now. That will launch a Bank of America sign in widget.
  6. Log in with your Bank of America credentials.
  7. For IFSP, you'll need to fill out the following form. Once filled out, an IFSP setup agent will call you back to set up the account.

I still can not get access to quickbooks, the payroll services with intuit I have been using for a year, when I click payroll it automatically links into intuit, when I try the account services for QuickBooks it is just an endless loop of logging in with my bank of America credentials and never opens up anything for quick books.  When I made my QuickBooks online account it did link my bank account and now access has ended as it was a week trial.
