How do i reckver my account. It was cancelled on accident.

I've got your back, @dclaycomb13.

 

When an account is canceled days before its scheduled renewal, it will remain active. On the day that it's completely canceled, the system will route you directly to the Billing & Subscription and the Resubscribe button once you logged in.

 

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QBO company.
  2. Go to the Gear icon at the upper right.
  3. Choose Account and Settings under Your Company.
  4. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  5. Select Resubscribe
  6. Enter the updated billing information.
  7. Click Subscribe.

I've resubscribed twice now, both times it was cancelled immediately. Seems like a system bug, and I need it fixed now!

If you haven't tried  logging in to your QBO account in a private browser, we can do it. This helps us determine if it's the browser that is causing this odd behavior. To guide you further, please follow the steps below:

 

  1. Refresh your browser by clicking the Reload icon or pressing F5 on your keyboard.
  2. If the same thing happens, we can log in to your account through an incognito window. This mode doesn't store cache that's why we recommend using it.

 

If it works fine, we can clear the cache of your regular browser. This helps remove any browser-related issues and refresh your browser's settings. Aside from that, you can use other compatible browsers in QuickBooks Online. Below are the things that you can try on:

 

  • Mozilla
  • Google Chrome
  • Microsoft Edge
  • For Safari, make sure to use the latest one.

 

I'd also like to know if you've received any error messages? It would be best to provide the exact message here. This way, we can easily figure out and share with you the best resolution for that kind of issue.
