How do I upload a file into my credit card registry

That's easy to do with the banking options we have, curtis9.

I have two options that we can do to bring up your files into our Credit Card register. First is through our WebConnect feature. We'll be able to manually upload bank transactions that are save in a file format that we support such as .CSV, .QBO, or .QFX format.

Let me show you how to upload:

  1. Go to the Banking menu and select Banking
  2. If it's the first time we added an account in Banking page, click Upload transactions.
  3. If we have existing accounts connected in the banking page, click File upload at the upper-right.
  4. Select Browse to locate and open the file.
  5. Click Next
  6. Under the QuickBooks Account drop-down, select the Credit Card account.
  7. Click Next and then map the columns.
  8. Hit Next again and follow the onscreen instructions until we've successfully added the transactions.

Now our transactions are available in the banking page which we can categorize them so they'll be added in the Credit Card account.

Second, if we want to directly affect the register, we'll have to manually record them. Click the + New button from the left menu to select how the transactions are entered.

If you have further questions, you can always leave a reply. Thanks!
