How do you get price rules to work for a project?

Projects are connected to a single customer or sub-customer. Price rules allow you to provide discounts for specific products to certain customers for a specified amount of time.

How do you get price rules to work for a project?

Hi, dena.

You might want to ensure that the customer's project is selected when you create the price rules.

Let me show you how:

  1. Go to the Price Rules page.
  2. Select the rule name and click on Edit.

  3. Ensure the customer's project is selected.

  4. Select an item and set the percentage amount.

  5. Hit on Apply.
  6. Click Save and close.

If you're still getting the same result, let's perform basic troubleshooting steps to check whether this has something to do with your browser. You can use an Incognito browser or a new private window.

Here's how to open a private window in different browsers:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N.

If this works fine using your private browser, let's go back to your regular browser and clear its cache.
