How to change Amazon transaction imports to a "charge" instead of "income"?

If the downloaded transaction is directly from Amazon, I'd recommend checking both QuickBooks Self-Employed and Amazon if there are any alerts, notifications, or connectivity errors. Then, make sure to compare the transaction from QuickBooks and Amazon.
 

If this is a manually imported transaction, we can go ahead and review the CSV file. Let's make sure the format is properly set up, especially the amount in the Debit and Credit column.
