You can create a bank deposit transaction and combine it with the payment.
Here's how you can create a bank deposit:
- Select +New. Then choose Bank Deposit.
- Choose the account you want to put the money into from the Account drop-down.
- Select the transactions to combine.
- Make sure the amount matches the deposit slip amount.
- Select Save and close or Save and new.
