How can I reconcile December 2019?
Hello, @EL34.
It’s my priority that you’re able to reconcile your account. You’ll need to review the Reconciliation Discrepancy account for inappropriate adjustments.
Let me guide you on how to fix the issues with reconciling:
Step 1:
Review your opening and beginning balances.
Step 2:
Look for changed, deleted or added transactions.
Run a Reconciliation Discrepancy Report; this report shows any transactions that were changed since your last reconciliation.
Step 3:
Look for reconciliation adjustments.
Here’s a helpful article about issues when you’re reconciling in QuickBooks Desktop:
If you have any further questions, let me know. I’m here to help anytime.
That report is empty for December 2019
Did you take into account that the company dat file was condensed at the end of December 2019?
In the reconcile Checking window, there are no transactions to reconcile previous to 01/01/2020
Thank you for reaching back out, @EL34.
It’s helpful that you provided a screenshot. There are a few options to get those transactions back.
Here’s how:
You may also Restore a backup copy of your QuickBooks file and locate the transaction.
Then you can re-enter those details into your live QuickBooks file.
Note: Be extremely careful that you don’t restore your backup copy over top of your live data file.
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
here is a screen shot of the Reconcile Checking account

I don't think you understand what is going on here.

I can't reconcile my checking account for the month of December 2019
Hello again, @EL34.
Since the Condense Data utility converts transactions into a journal entry, the items from December will not appear in the Reconcile window. As my colleague mentioned earlier, you may want to consider restoring a back-up copy.
Alternatively, there's also the option of using a journal entry to make a reconcile adjustment for December. Should you be unsure about the creation of an adjustment, I recommend contacting your accountant for guidance.
I'm just a post away if I can be of additional assistance. Take care.
I can't restore a backup copy
I have had 100's of transactions since 01/01/2020
None of this was mentioned in the Quickbooks guide to condensing a company file
This is only one of the problems
The average pricing on items was totally screwed up also after the condense
I'd like to direct you to reach out to our Customer Care Support, EL34.
