I am a self employed realtor but I have a separate Amazon business. How can I manage both separately in the same account?

Another option, consider switching to QB Desktop. For QBD Pro 1 user with a one time license, you may purchase it around $200 thru a partner/reseller. You may create and manage unlimited data files.
