I am having problem connecting Old National Bank.

Good day, @Cornerstone123.

If you’re having trouble connecting the National bank to QuickBooks Online (QBO), let me walk you through the steps to fix it. Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Banking, then select Connect Account.
  2. Search the bank then hit Continue.
  3. Choose the accounts you want to connect (savings, checking, or credit card).
  4. For each account, select the account type from the dropdown.
  5. Select the date range for the download.
  6. Click Connect.

You can refer to this article for further information about the steps: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.

However, If you’re referring to the connection of your bank with the QBO, we can manually update your bank to refresh its connection.

Before we start, do you receive any error message so I can check here in my end? Any additional information would be greatly appreciated.

Here’s how:

  1. On your left navigation pane, click Banking.
  2. Select the bank from the Bank and Credit Cards drop-down menu.
  3. Click the Update button. Please run the update around 3-5 times to build a stable connection.

Otherwise, you can import your transaction manually to QuickBooks Online if your bank still won’t connect. You’ll want to download your transaction from your bank first, then upload it to QBO.

Please refer to this article for detailed steps: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online. Also, this contains information to match and categorize transactions as your future guide.

Stay in touch if you have any other banking concerns, I'll be more than happy to assist you. Have a good one!
