Glad to have you here in the Community space. I’m here to help you sort out the issue of why your banking page is showing unprocessed transactions.


Technically, data posted in QBO is based on the information sent from your financial institution. We can try performing some steps to help resolve the issue.


Let’s start by excluding the unprocessed transactions from the banking page. Here’s how:
1.    Click Banking from the left pane.
2.    Select the unwanted transactions from the For Review tab.
3.    Click the Batch actions drop-down and select Exclude Selected.


Once done, let’s manually update your bank feeds to refresh the connection between QBO and your bank. Follow the steps below:
1.    Click Banking from the left pane.
2.    Select Update in the upper right of the screen.
3.    If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials and select Continue update.

Now, you may check if unprocessed transactions are downloaded from the bank. If so, you can reach out to your bank to verify if they’re doing system maintenance or changes.
