No. No project tab visible
Thanks for the quick reply, @pierresconstruct.
Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to help show up the Project tab on your new QuickBooks Online (QBO) Plus version. Sometimes, a browser full of cache and temp files can cause unexpected behaviors. With this, let's log in to your QBO account via incognito to isolate the problem.
Here are the shortcut keys:
Once you've logged in, re-check if it's already functioning well. If that works, please clear the cache of your regular browser. Using other supported browsers is a great alternative too.
If the issue persists, I'd suggest communicating with our Customer Care Team. They have tools to access your account in a private session and investigate the root cause of the problem.
Here's how:
Our Customer Care Team is available from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Saturdays. Please call our support within our business hours to ensure we cater to your concerns immediately.
Once it's turned on, you can check the article provided by my colleague above for more details on how to set up and track project income, expenses, and profitability.
I'd also added articles about how to use progress invoicing to create multiple invoices from a sing estimate. That way, you can invoice for partial payments throughout the project instead of asking for full payment at the beginning.
You can leave a reply below how the call goes and if you have other queries. I'm always here on your back, ready to help. Take care!
