After selecting your QBO or QFX file from your directory, you should be able to click on Next in the lower right-hand corner. If it's missing, we can run some troubleshooting steps to check if a browser issue causes this.
Please open a private window and log in to QuickBooks. This disables the cache from saving new data and is a good way to start checking this. If you see Next, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If not, you'll want to try other browsers like Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox to compare the results.
