I have a bank account linked and it was pulling transactions properly until the beginning of this week and now it is no longer getting updated transactions.

Let's download your transactions back to QuickBooks Online, @benjarm.

 

Before we start, may I know the specific bank you're having problems with QuickBooks, or does it show a particular error code? I'd appreciate it if you can share more about this to conduct further investigation and provide you the best way to fix the issue.

 

There are times that online banking may conduct system maintenance. You can sign in with your online banking website to see if there are notifications that you need to take care of.

 

In the meantime, I suggest updating your bank feeds manually and see if it downloads your bank transactions. You can follow these steps for the process:

  1. Go to the Banking menu from the left navigation panel.
  2. Select the Banking tab.
  3. Choose the bank account you're having problems with under the Bank and Credit Cards section.
  4. Click the Update button.

 

If you have updated anything recently on your bank's website, make sure to update the bank's sign-in info in QuickBooks. It includes the fixes for error codes like 103, 106, 185, and more.

Have you tried open your QBO account on incognito/private browser and rerun the bank feeds?
