It makes me happy to welcome you to the Community forum, @mradamlj. I appreciate you for getting in touch with us. Let me assist you in displaying your bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

I know how convenient it is to run any activity in QuickBooks without any difficulties. However, the system occasionally behaves weirdly when the browser is full of out-of-date pages. Let's isolate your issue by logging into your account in an incognito window. Use the keyboard shortcuts listed below:

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P

In your private window, open your QBO account and view your 2022 bank transactions. If it is successful, switch back to your default browser and delete the cache and cookies to start over. If not, you can optimize your QBO performance using a different compatible browser.

If you want to manage your transactions and use bank rules to categorize them from your bank, read the following articles:

If you require additional assistance with your transactions or have any QuickBooks-related concerns, we are always here to help. Please do not hesitate to click the Reply button below or to post again in the Community. Have a productive year with QuickBooks!
