I have a trial QuickBooks online business account and was wondering if it’s possible to also have a personal account to keep track of my personal finances?

I don't need my business account and would like to convert it to a personal account.

As mentioned by IntuitLily above, QuickBooks is intended for tracking a business, not for personal finances. However, you have the option to subscribe to another subscription. This way, you'll be able to set up and track your personal finances.
