I'll make sure you're able to convert your accounts into subaccounts, @gogovacayrentals.

Once you click Edit in the ACTION drop-down list, you should see the Is sub-account checkbox. You can tick this box to select the parent account.

If you're unable to see this option, we can run some basic troubleshooting steps to fix the issue. Start by opening your account in a private window. This will help us determine if your current browser is causing the problem. Simply press the following shortcut keys:

  • Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
  • Control + Option + P (Safari).

If you're able to change the account, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If the issue persists, try using another supported browser. This might be a temporary issue with QuickBooks and the current browser that you use.

If you're still getting the same result, contact our QuickBooks Online Support Team. This way, they can check your account and see what's causing the behavior.
