I have Knowify syncing to my QBO account. The only employees that appear in Knowify is a list that is a few weeks old. I have used a manual sync and it's still old. Help

If you haven't yet, please sync the data using an incognito or a different browser. It's to check if it's caused by a browser issue. 

 

I'd would also recommend reaching to the app's support. They'll be able to double-check why you're only seeing old information when syncing data.
