I just signed up for quickbooks self-employed and linked by bank account, but it only asks about 2020. How do I retrieve information from my accounts from 2019?

Transactions downloaded during initial set up is within 30 to 90 days of their posting date. Instead, let's upload your older transactions manually.

You'll need to prepare a CSV file of your transactions from your bank's website first. Once done, here how you can upload the file:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under Transactions, select Imports.
3. Find the bank account that you wanted to import your transactions.
4. Select Import older transactions.
5. Choose the saved CSV file of your transactions.
6. Click Import.
