Thanks for posting in the Community. I'm here to lend a hand with importing older data from your credit card into QuickBooks.
So that I'm able to provide you with the best information, could you please provide me with additional information about how it's not working? Should you be receiving an error, I suggest the following article as it contains the ones most commonly seen when importing transactions and how to resolve them: How to Upload More Than 90 Days of Bank Transactions.
If you're not receiving an error message, I'd recommend checking the Banking page to see if the transactions appear In QuickBooks or in the Excluded tab. A .qbo file will go straight to In QuickBooks and not For Review, like downloaded transactions and those from a .csv file. Additionally, it can be good to check the Excluded tab since duplicate filters can stop transactions from being re-uploaded. Additionally, it's often suggested to shorten the length of time, since a year may contain many transactions.
I'm confident that these resources will assist you with getting your credit card transactions imported into QuickBooks.
Please feel free to let me know how it goes, as I want to make sure that these transactions are imported. Have a most pleasant day.
this did not work for me. It is not excluded it is missing 3/26/2019-11/23/2019
Hi there, tabby09.
When you first connect your online bank and credit card accounts, QuickBooks Online downloads the last 90 days of transactions. QuickBooks automatically downloads new transactions nightly around 10 PM PT.
Since the steps above did not work, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They have the tools to pull up your account and verify why the issue still persists. And, to check why there are missing transactions in your account.
Here's how to get in touch with them:
1. Open your QuickBooks Account.
2. At the top right, click the Help icon.
3. Click Contact Us.
4. Under What can we help you with?, enter any concerns.
5. Click Let's Talk.
6. You'll be routed into the Choose a way to connect with us page.
7. Select how you want to contact them and fill in the information.
You can visit this website: What to do if you can’t find downloaded bank transactions. This link provides you steps on how to troubleshoot missing transactions.
Please know that you're always welcome to post if you have any other concerns. Wishing you and your business continued success.
