Hey Cadilocs,

Thank you for being apart of the QuickBooks Community! Deleting multiple or all transactions can be achieved by some simple customization. Here's what to do to get those transactions deleted.

  1. Go to Transactions.
  2. Under the Date drop-down, next to Account, select the Custom date.
  3. Enter the date range for all of 2018.
  4. Click Apply.
  5. Next to Date, check the box. This will highlight all the transactions.
  6. Select Delete, then click yes to confirm.

If you're using the mobile app, I recommend this article with the steps as well. Click the Reply button if you have any other questions. I'm always here to help. Have a good day!
