I received payment for products, but the funds are still in review and have not been deposited into my account. How do I get that released?

I'll share some details on when payments will be deposited to your account, useramanda.

 

If you're a new user, the funds will be deposited within 5 business days after your first payment. The process of your first deposit takes a bit longer because we need to set up your merchant account. Once we're done with the setup, your payments will deposit quicker, typically within two business days.

 

Otherwise, check your deposit speed from QuickBooks Online by following these steps:

 

  1. Go to Gear Account and Settings.
  2. On the left panel, click Payments.
  3. Review the Deposit Speed section.

I would understand if it were my first deposit, but it isn't. In addition, my merchant accounts are now missing from my account, where they've been there previously (and received payment deposits).

As much as I would love to get this handled directly, pulling up and getting your merchant account requires some of your personal information, which I am unable to do in this public forum.

 

To get this sorted out, I'd recommend getting in touch with our QuickBooks Payments Support so they can help you track your merchant account as well as your deposits.

 

All account-related concerns are directed to our phone support for security purposes. Unlike in this public forum, they have the tools required to perform any escalations in the system whenever necessary on your behalf.
