Hi Wendella. I know that problem well. It is more than likely not a QuickBooks issue. It all depends on your bank. Some banks only allow you to go back as far as 3 months on your downloads. It sounds like that's what may be happening here. You would want to log into your bank website to know for sure. See is you can pull up transactions on your bank website for the missing dates of 02/11/2020 to 07/23/2020 and manually download them to a .qbo file. Then you would manually import them into your QuickBooks bank feed.
Hi there, @wendella.
I'd be glad to help your upload your bank transactions to QuickBooks from February 10 to July 24, 2020.
You can download and import your transactions using the WebConnect feature. This will allow you to upload transactions for more than 90 days.
First, you'll need to take note of the date range of the transactions you need to import to QuickBooks. In your case, you can enter the date of February 10 to July 24, 2020.
Then, Log in to your bank's website and follow the instructions to get the bank transactions. You'll have to upload the .CSV extension to QuickBooks.
Once done, you can follow Step 4 in this article to finish the process: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online. This also contains what you need to do if you've encountered any errors while importing the transactions.
I've also added this article for your future task when you're ready to match transactions from your bank: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
I'll be here if you need further assistance or questions. Just tag my name in the comment section below. Take care.

Thanks, I will give this a try. Why did this happen in the first place and how do I prevent it from happening again? Does QB only allow the last 90 days of transactions downloads?
Thanks, that worked. Bit frustrating to pay for an online accounting service then have almost no way to contact that company for support. Still not sure why qb will only download just 90 days worth of transactions. My company is small and I use qb perhaps 2-3 times a year, yet pay $180/yr for this "service", basically the ability to provide the IRS with an end of year P&L.
Thanks again. Guess I will have to logon more than every 90 days to stay current.
HI Wendella. Yes, that would be the resolution. Log in every 80 to 85 days and download. Then you should not have any further problems.
