I want to change back to the old tax center. How do I do that.

Hello and welcome to QuickBooks Community, danaelrod.

You can follow these steps to go back to the manual sales tax:

  1. Go to Taxes > Sales Tax.
  2. Select the Sales Tax Settings link located at the top.
  3. Look for the Want to temporarily switch to the old tax center? Switch here link.
  4. Follow the instructions and it will switch back to the old sales tax page.

If the option is unavailable. you can reach out to our Customer Care Team by following these steps:

  1. Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. In the Help window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
  3. Enter your question and click Let's talk.
  4. Select Start messaging or Get a callback.

I'm also adding this article that you can use for future reference: Sales tax in QuickBooks Online.

Should you have other questions or concerns, feel free to leave a comment here and we will get back to you the soonest. Thanks.
