Our banking team hasn't received any issues with description when syncing bank transactions. We can run a manual update to refresh the bank connection.
Here's how:
- On the left navigation menu, click Banking.
- Go to Bank Feeds.
- Click on Update in the upper right. QuickBooks begins updating your account.
