Join nowHello Team,
Sorry, I am kind of new here. I did not find the information on have long will take to solve the problem with Brexit. My banking doesn't update automatically. I do not really understand how this affects my QB in the USA, but it doesn't work because of this. Does anyone have an update on it?
Thanks for reaching out to the Community for your Brexit bank concern, @vvdariavv.
I'd like to share some updates regarding why your bank transactions are not updating automatically in QuickBooks Online.
The new UK-EU relationship regulatory changes impact how QuickBooks integrates with financial institutions. That said, temporary disruption to your banking connections with UK and EU banks may occur. This can be the reason why bank transactions are not automatically appearing in the system.
Know that our engineers are working to restore the connection in a timely manner. To learn more about this transition, please see this link: Brexit FAQ.
On the other hand, to get your work done, I suggest manually uploading your bank transactions in the system.
Here's how:

Hi there, @vvdariavv.
I appreciate you for reaching out to the Community. Allow me to chime in and share some clarification about your banking concern in QuickBooks Online.
The bank connection interruptions will depend on the location of your business and the bank. There are financial institutions that previously use framework under different regulations to provide bank feeds.
Also, I suggest contacting your bank regarding the connectivity concern. One of them will be able to provide additional information regarding the resolution.

Thank you for your assistance, but still nothing concrete. I am talking regarding USA company and Bank of America bank. All topics say only about Brexit which is trying to explain this problem. Thus I am trying to understand how Brexit affects our BoA connection with our USA company? How long this problem will take. I do not have a possibility to download bank statements so there is a gap in my job because of this and I even cannot understand why did it happen?
Thanks for coming back, @vvdariavv.
As mentioned by my peer @BettyJaneB, our engineers are now working to identify the cause of this issue. At the moment, we're unable to provide the exact time for the fix. But don't worry we'll notify you as soon as the connections are re-established.
Feel free to message again if you have additional questions. We're always delighted to help.
