Means you're using the buggy QB Online where Intuit thinks putting up silly messages when things go wrong is hip and cool.

Instead of thinking that making QB so nothing goes wrong would be hip and cool.

Thanks for sharing the error, BLG2018.

I'll add more details about the message you've got. This error usually shows if there is a temporary connection issue between your bank and QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Let's try some basic troubleshooting to resolve this. It is recommended to use a private browser. The cache can get jammed up with older data from time-to-time, potentially causing errors in QuickBooks Online.

Here's how:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

You can also use different browser that works best with QBO such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Safari 11 or newer.

You can find additional troubleshooting about banking issues in this reference: Fix Online Banking Errors.

This seems to be a widespread problem a lot of people are having.  When will it be fixed?
