I've checked here on our end and there's no reported case about this one. We can try importing your miles through a private browser to better isolate is this is a browser issue or not.
Follow these shortcuts key to open a private browser:
Then, make sure you sign in into your Google account where you want to download your Miles from. Just follow the detailed steps in this article to import your trips: Import trips from Google Timeline.
If it works, go back to the regular browser and clear the cache. Too much cache results in some browser errors. Also, try to import it using another supported, up-to-date browser.
You can also manually add it to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.

Ive tried all of this already. I had a ticket open and whoever was on the other end gave up on me and stopped replying.
i think my issue has something to do with the Google Maps update that happened Sept 29, 2019. Thats the date of the last entry i have imported.

Since you've already tried all the troubleshooting steps provided by my peer above, I'd suggest you Contact QuickBooks Self-Employed Support at this point.
You can request a screen-sharing session so they can check and identify the issue. You can also provide them your case number which is found on the email sent to you so they can review your conversation with the email support team.
