Currently, we haven't received any reports about an issue with the iPhone app. The mobile app may be outdated or has a corrupted data that causes a bug on the app. Let's reset the app to remove unwanted files and make sure that it starts fresh. I'll show you how.
If it's still the same, I'd suggest uninstalling and reinstall the app to ensure that you have the latest version. Alternatively, you can use your mobile web browser to review your bank transaction.

Thank you. I was unable to find those options in the app. I’ve only been able to find the chat help and general settings, but nothing that leads to “Reset App Data.” Uninstalling and reinstalling also did not work. Are there any more options?

First, update your app to the latest version to avoid any unexpected issues.
Additionally, you can update your iPhone to the latest version of iOS to have a seamless flow while working with QuickBooks and your other entries.
Once done, open QuickBooks and check your transactions again.
