Currently, we don't have this function in QuickBooks Online. The Online Banking automatically downloads your transactions that were cleared from your bank.
When the transactions are downloaded in QuickBooks Online, we can only Add, Match, Transfer, or Exclude them. Here's a link that you can use for reference: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
