QuickBooks Online keeps track of any activity in the audit log. You can see who made the change, type of event, date and the amount.
In order to achieve this, you’ll want to make sure you have a standard user access type or a company admin to your client’s account. This way, you’re able to view their activity history.
If yes, here’s how to do it:
- Log in to their account.
- Go to the Gear icon and click Audit Log.
- Press the Filter button and select the necessary information.
- Click Apply.
Otherwise, you’ll need to be added as a user to your client so you can see their activities.
