Is there any way to remove the deposit failed notice? We resolved it and it got deposited a while ago I just am frustrated that the message doesn't go away.

Thanks for the question! Let's see if this resolve the issue. Try deleting the payment; then, manually record the payment and deposit. Once you've done that, either the notice will drop off or you should be able to delete it.
