Will this be owner's investment? Can owner's investment work on both sides - money coming in and my business investing in ex: property? Can both be marked as owner's investment just ( /-) whichever it is.

Money out from existing company is owner draw in that company. SHE money deposited in a new company is owner contributjon in that company. Both are equity transactions
