Join nowI have never used loan manager before. The first time I click on it to open it I get a message that says "this loan manager file was created with a newer version of loan manager and cannot be located". I thought this was because I needed to update my QB, so I updated it. Then I was getting a message "cannot find...please check that the path or internet address is correct". So I closed my QB and restarted it, and now I'm getting the same previous message that it was created with a newer version and cannot be located. I've searched help and cannot find any information on how to go about fixing this. Please help??
No this isn't a duplicate post because the error message i received is different, and still no one has offered up a solution. I still can't access loan manager

I have already downloaded QuickBooks Tool Hub, and tried the Quick Fix numerous times. Still same error. I have also tried the QuickBooks Program Diagnostic Tool, but when I click on it, it immediately tells me that I have no internet connection, and I do. QuickBooks Tool Hub is not helping. Does anyone have any other suggestions?
I appreciate the steps you've performed when trying to fix the problem, @Dawn b.
Since downloading the QuickBooks Tool Hub doesn't resolve the error, I suggest reaching out to our Support Team. This way, they'll be able to investigate and review the cause of this unexpected behavior.
