Loan Manager path or internet address error

No this isn't a duplicate post because the error message i received is different, and still no one has offered up a solution.  I still can't access loan manager

Let me help you, @Dawn b.

You’ll want to download and install the QuickBooks Tool Hub and run Quick Fix my Program to fix the error. Before doing it, please secure a backup copy of your company file.

Here’s how:

1. Close your QuickBooks if it’s open.
2. Download the QuickBooks tool Hub file and save it on the desktop.
3. Open the file you downloaded.
4. Follow the on-screen steps and agree to the terms and conditions.
5. Click on the QuickBooks Tool Hub icon to open.

Once done, you can run Quick Fix my Program. This will shut down any background processes, and quick repair will be run on your program.

You can follow these steps below:

1. Open the Program Problems from QuickBooks Tool Hub.
2. Choose Quick Fix my Program.
3. Then, Open your QuickBooks.

I have already downloaded QuickBooks Tool Hub, and tried the Quick Fix numerous times.  Still same error.  I have also tried the QuickBooks Program Diagnostic Tool, but when I click on it, it immediately tells me that I have no internet connection, and I do.  QuickBooks Tool Hub is not helping.  Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Since downloading the QuickBooks Tool Hub doesn't resolve the error, I suggest reaching out to our Support Team. This way, they'll be able to investigate and review the cause of this unexpected behavior. 

To contact support:

1. Tap on QuickBooks Desktop Help from the Help menu.
2. Click Contact Us.
3. Give a brief description of your issue and click Continue.
4. Select either Talk to a Specialist or Message an Agent.
