The Bank Transactions tab in QuickBooks Online displays a list of transactions for a connected account, and allows you to review, categorize, and edit them.
Transactions that are manually added will go to the account register you choose.
I understand how having all the bank transactions stay in the Bank Transactions tab would be beneficial for you and your business. With that said, please know you can leave a feedback request for our Product Development Team to review using the link I'm including below. Our developers review each request and consider them for future updates.
