My accountant set up QB's for me and transferred info onto a flash drive. I paid for Online Essentials. How do I upload this info from flash drive to my online account?

You're unable to download the information from the flash drive, Snlconstruction0. 

You can add them as an accountant user instead, so you work together. They can access your company and enter the information. 

I'll share the steps on how you can invite your accountant:

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Select Manage Users.
3. Go to the Accounting firms tab.
4. Click Invite.
5. Fill in the necessary fields, then click Save.

Your accountant will receive an email with instructions to access your company.

Ask your accountant what kind of file she/he put in the thumb drive. If it is a *.QBW file, install the trial license of Pro 2020 to open it.

Once you can open it, you may have 2 options:

1. Purchase the license of QB Desktop. You may purchase directly to company or thru a partner to get the lower price., or

2. Migrate it to QB Online
