You can use the Audit log to track all activities done in your QuickBooks Online account. It has the ability to show 150 records. This way, you’ll know what the changes are, who modified them, and what they did.
QBO records the user's name, the type of the event, the date and amount. It also keeps the name of any customer or vendor related to the change.
