We haven't receive any similar report about Citi Card bank feeds isn't working in QBO. For the meantime, let's try to perform the basic troubleshooting step which is to switch to Incognito window or private browser. This is a good way to isolate the problem and check if it's caused by the browser.

You can also manually download the transactions from your bank's website and import them into QuickBooks using the WebConnect feature. This way, we can make sure you have the necessary transactions in your bank feeds to keep you up and running.
