The Dashboard view may vary from user to another. This depends on the user's access rights. I'd recommend asking your Master admin or other users (with administrative access) to update your user permission.
Aside from that, though cache boosts browser processes, it might also cause issues when piled up. Here's how to get rid of any cache related issues:
- Open a private browser and log in to your account. It still uses but doesn't store cache.
- If you can see the details in the Dashboard page successfully, we can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache.
- You can also use other supported browsers as alternative. Each of them uses different cache.
We'd also appreciate if you can provide additional details about what happened. This would help us know what action we can take.
