Let's check why transactions are not showing, kreegermuseum. 


It could be that you have set filters on the reconciliation page. You can remove them by clicking on the Clear filter/View all link. 



If you aren't able to see the transactions at all, let's check to see if this is a browser's cache issue. Too much cache stored in your browser's history can cause odd behaviors in QuickBooks. 


Open QuickBooks in a private browser. If you can see your entries, you might want to clear your main browser's cache. Alternatively, you can use other browser.
